Yeah, I just walked into that one

Student: What would be an example of something that would be a federal interest Congress would want in federal court, but wouldn't be something they could substantively legislate on?

Prof. Fed Courts: I have an example I've thought of, but I don't think I'll share it with you...not yet.

(laughter)

Prof. Fed Courts: Maybe I'll share it with you in about nine weeks.

Me: On the final?

Prof. Fed Courts: No, at a party at my house the night before.
