Law Student Activity Fee Collection Fee
Baylor Law School (and maybe the University at large, I'm not sure) charges students a $230 fee for access to the "perks" of being an overworked law student. This includes access to the Health Center, Big XII athletics (ok, the Big XI), as well as other sundry goodies. This does not, however, include parking at the Law School, which is its own $230ish fee.
This seems like an awful lot to me, as I've sat in not one class and already paid some $760 in fees--although the $300 seat deposit does get credited to the first quarter's tuition. Maybe that's life, but I don't remember USC's random fees being so much. Oh wait, I fee-billed that shiznit back home. Grad school individual responsibility blows.
